1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 -5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, product launches, tour events), processing times may be extended.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, weight, and destination.


3. International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days).

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or delivery failures due to incorrect addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Go Throw DG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • You may receive access instructions within a few minutes of completing your purchase.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your digital product:

  • Ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct

8. Digital Products Refund Policy
